It’s hard to believe the end of the year is upon us, 2020 proved to be a challenging year that required lots of patience, improvising and adjustments. We hope that you all are able to find some peace as we learn how to navigate these new waters as we come into 2021!
As we were unable to get together for our annual Staff Party this year, we decided to raise the stakes and host our 1st Annual Castle Fuels (2008) Inc. Christmas Decorating Challenge – See below for first, second and third place winners and all of the wonderful decorations!

Our Kamloops location had a lot of fun with decorating, and the group enjoyed their Christmas costumes as well!
2nd Place prize winner – Cranbrook Bulk Plant

Our Salmon Arm Location went above and beyond this year, not stopping until every inch was covered. They even made a Christmas Poem as part of their entry!
Twas the night before Christmas and known all through Salmon Arm
The bulk plant was ready; decorated with style and charm
Our elves were all ready with stockings and such
Each shelf, wall, and surface had a Christmas touch
Pride to the winners and a possible treat
Made our motivation impossible to beat
Born in December, our elves have been
Full of Christmas spirit with spare to be given
Sarah, the head elf with smiles ear to ear
Greets every client and employee with holiday cheer
The office prepared with a focus on safety
Harley carrying his sanitizer “two squirts or three?”
And as always, Santa Wayne, our super hero
Makes sure that our cheer never hits zero!
Our busy elf Jake is prepared for any trouble
Single ply, triple ply and of course double!
Michaela is away but comes by to check in
Her boisterous attitude shows her warmth from within
And Kris is here, an elf on loan
But made to feel welcome and one of their own
So enjoy our Christmas beauty with eyes full of wonder
We know when Jill looks upon our location, the decorations will stun her.
Doug will be filled with happiness and joy
That brings him memories of Christmas as a boy
As we close out this year we wish everyone happiness and Good will
And hope all our spirit, decorations and laughs bring everyone a thrill
